Returns Policy
Due to the personalised nature of my custom items, I do not offer refunds on orders once they have been placed. Please review all specifications and sizing carefully before confirming your order to ensure complete satisfaction.
In the rare event that you receive an item that is defective or damaged, please contact me within 7 days of receiving your order to arrange a return. Returns will only be accepted for items that are unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached. Once the returned item has been inspected, we may issue a refund/store credit/replacement.
